Ethos Global Consulting (EGC) exists to help individuals, organizations, and communities rediscover what truly matters, what cannot be bought, and what cannot be taken. Rooted in ethical foresight, spiritual intelligence, and cultural heritage, we support clients who seek to lead with integrity, navigate complexity, and contribute to a more sustainable and meaningful future.
EGC was founded by Dr. Nikolaos F. Dimitriadis, a professor, consultant, and interdisciplinary scholar known for bridging world religions, ethics, and sustainability. With over two decades of global experience, Dr. Dimitriadis brings together the worlds of education, interfaith dialogue, and ethical leadership. He serves as President of the Center of Ecumenical, Missiological, and Environmental Studies (CEMES), is the national contact for Globethics.net in Geneva, and teaches at the American College of Thessaloniki, where he was awarded the 2025 Teaching Excellence Award for his inspiring, student-centered approach.
Holding a Ph.D. in Religious Studies, an M.Phil. in Theology, an MBA, and a Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a concentration in Cultural Heritage and Sustainability, Dr. Dimitriadis brings a rare blend of academic depth and entrepreneurial vision. He is also a musician and composer, weaving art and ethics into the fabric of his work.
At EGC, we believe that leadership is not just about decisions. It’s about discernment. We help leaders cultivate stillness and clarity in a noisy world, offering services in:
- Ethical Leadership Development

We walk alongside those who are ready to lead not only with strategy, but with responsibility and soul.
